Lemon Basil Vermicelli

Cook 12 oz. Vermicelli pasta; drain. Toss vermicelli with 1 c. chopped scallions, 1 tbs. Minced hot pepper (if desired—Hungarian wax or other), 1 c. chopped lemon basil, ½ tsp. Ground black pepper, 3 tbs. Lemon juice, 2 tbs soy sauce. In wok or large frying pan heat 2 tsp corn oil and 2 tsp. Sesame oil over medium heat and stir fry vermicelli mixture about 5 min. tossing to prevent sticking.
