Plot Leasing 
Information

For the 2024 season 1 Acre maximum.  Required also is rental of additional acre as a fallow for rotation. One these would normally be planted in crops, followed by a winter cover crop (required upon end of lease).  The other acre would have been previously planted with perennial soil improving crop like alfalfa.

Rates

One should double the acreage for full payment as per above.  Other equipment is based on 5% of fair market value per year.  No partial year leasing.
